German-Croatian DJ and producer Topic has joined forces with South African singer-songwriter Daecolm for their latest single, “Control of Me”, released via Astralwerks. Following the massive success of their summer 2024 collaboration, “I Adore You”, which has amassed over 150 million streams, the duo reunites for an intoxicating Afro-House production that kicks off 2025 in style. This release acts as the official follow-up to the ARTBAT remix of Topic and HUGEL’s collaboration, “I Adore You”, which featured Arash and Daecolm.

Djs Daecolm Holland, and Tobias Topic, while it was produced by Topic and Alexander Tidebrink, “Control of Me” blends hypnotic Afrocentric rhythms with Daecolm’s soulful vocals to create a euphoric track that captures the magic of a fleeting connection on the dance floor. The track delivers a sonic experience that is both electrifying and deeply immersive. Topic’s signature production shines, seamlessly blending emotive energy with vibrant beats to create a soundscape that invites listeners to lose themselves in the music.
